Go from 1:41 where he they show a millisecond of the seat being cleaned before application of balm and afterwards to 2:33 where they show the seat after application and it looks the same.

I applied the conditioning cream on camrys dashboard, it's synthetic leather, so it's same as the seats

My '80 Tercel is an example of how lousy Toyota is at making seats. God awful is polite as it ripped apart etc. & forced usage of a seat cover! The padded dash has chunks missing & god knows how to fix it!
