I used clear sheet vinyl that I could cut into strips that fit with the widths of my crystals. Worked like a charm!

I painted an entire ombre camel leather jacket black with Angelus paint! I did this 4 years ago! I wore it all the time the 1st 2 years, and havent much since then, it looks great and ive only done 1 round of touch ups in the armpit + where i scratched it! I highly highly recommend this paint + the clear sealing top coat they sell :)

There are a ton of YT videos on how to mix skin tone colors with just primary colors. Also use your foundation to color match.

You can use painter's/masking tape when painting on shoes. It reduces tough ups.

I had a Gorgeous designer handbag, completely new, that I got given. Problem was it was neon pink (I guess that’s why it wasn’t used). I actually changed it to black and now it gets used. The black ones tend to have black lining, but because this was a limited edition, it had floral lining, which is super fun! I left the under matching pouch pink, totally advise trying this!

I love this idea! I am already thinking of booties I have that need a refresh. I love every aspect of your videos. The editing, the lighting, the camera. It really makes for an easy to understand video. I always love the styling at the end. I love the interchangeably jewelry. So great to have all that together!

I love this idea !!! I love love bling and glitter anything. I have used cabochons I think that's how you spell it that everyone made with pony beads to make keychains with, painted them with nail polish and put them on my shoe strings right when I first lace my shoes. Have a wonderful week !!!

Ha! Finally a craft I don't need to obsess over doing it because I did a version of this for cowboy boots using puka shells, dog tag chains and crystal chains. I did it as a birthday gift for a friend but I may make some for my self now. Good Job!

Leather shoe dye is the stuff. I was able to convert a tired old pair of beige heel into a beautiful pair of grey heels. Leather paint is a good option as well, but it does eventually crack if it’s not done right. Leather dye is more permanent, but it does require doing this in a very ventilated area.

yes and in my experience, usually wont work if you're going from dark to light.

Before painting, you need to break down the shoe finish by wiping down with alcohol or acetone. Angelus has a leather preparer, I do believe. Then a light sand. This will help with really marrying your paint to your shoe and help with the paint to not crack.

I can never find the right shade of nude shoe for my skin tone. You have solved the problem! I tried painting shoes before but didn't use this brand. The sealer seems like an important step and the fact that you changed the color of the zipper just absolutely finished it off. Never thought to do that either. You are are a wonder! Thank you.
