I love this guy, so methodical in his thought process.
With regard to the answer about tracking or identifying when an industry is on the verge of being disrupted innovatively; what if, instead of hearing employees curse customers, you notice that most businesses in a particular segment of an industry have plateaued in delivering value? This means that these particular businesses are generating consistent income by providing a consistent solution to deliver value to customers, and there is little or no increase in that perceived value. My question is, more specifically, what would be an indication that an industry is on the verge of being disrupted innovatively due to the absolute minimum value being delivered to consumers by most of the major players in the market becoming insubstantial or "not enough" for consumers?
Ditto.
Who decided to roll out this Mormon cultist as great? Reality has never affirmed his mind-bendingly stupid theories. The guy is an intellectual malignancy, not a guru.
