Gybing on an RS:X is a pretty terrible example for most people. The difference is size (width of board and length of boom) is so different to freeride gear that the posture is radically different to what most people will need to aim for. Additionally, because the board is so much bigger and the sail heavily camber-induced, RS:X sailors are required to exit gybes clew first to stay powered up and in control of the rig. The camera here shifts at the most important part of a gybe, the foot change.
