Learning How to Think on the Golf Course | Fixing Frankie Episode 2
Спорт
After a very successful episode with mental game coach Dr. Bhrett McCabe, we took his advice to go see Scott Fawcett and change the way we maneuver around a golf course. Scott gives us A LOT of information, but it is all super helpful, we hope it helps you too!

This is the content we love. Between Frankie and Trent trying to Break 90. This is why we’re all here.

Fixing Frankie is way more enjoyable than Break 90. Frankie actually has clearly worked on what he has been taught, and is the model of what is achievable with the right direction. I love Trent, but that man needs to practice more, including the fitness aspect, which just hasn't happened.

@@gbone2636 the views would say otherwise, big time. Only times these guys break 100k views is when lurch is on, they realized their mistake letting him go. And when they have a famous golfer in a video.

This is great. Wish Trent cared 1% of this he might actually practice or take advantage of the insane hook ups he gets that anyone who actually cares would take up.

@@gbone2636 i agree, but they also need to not put trent on PGA level greens. take him out to a normal course.
THIS is the stuff nobody else in the golf pod universe is offering, and that’s not even considering the tangible results Franklin actually realized. Cheers boys

And I’ll add: nobody & I mean NOBODY has a bench talent equal to Mr. Borrelli haha.

Also “The Four Foundations of Golf” by the same guys on the podcast is easily the best book about how to manage everything outside the golf swing (which there’s 1000’s of books about) - really excellent expectation management and increased my enjoyment immensely

Haha, Hack it out podcast, formerly featuring one Scott Fawcet
Please keep these going…a Frankie to Scratch series would be premium content and no matter how long it takes I’m here for it 🙌🏽
Thanks Frankie, for fixing all of us. I’ll be tuning in every episode. You really struck a nerve in the community and I can safely speak for all of us that this is exactly what we needed and wanted. Cheers bud, if you boys find yourself in Maine I got your tee times
The amount of times you've seen Foreplay crew take out a 9iron and try to muscle it to the hole and fail, only to need to put the ego in the pocket and hit a smooth 7. Glad it finally clicked for Frankie.
Frankie is an editor , producer, director, and a star.. very talented
Scott is fantastic, I have had the pleasure of practicing with him a few times and the guy knows his stuff decade golf will change anyones game
Out of all the thousands of swing videos and lessons on KZread, in my opinion, this is by the best video that can help all of us
This was absolutely exceptional. It is very easy to sit in our homes watching this and say “well yeah, that’s all obvious”, but most of us are doing the exact same things as Frankie on a weekly basis. I’ve taken a huge amount from this video, thank you.
Super cool of Frankie to show this stuff. We've all seen the absolutely massive progress he has had so far.
Golf is truly an assessment of how honestly you can evaluate your skills and how good those skills are.
Scott's system helps with one thing that is really helpful and really important to making good swings, commitment to the shot. You go through all the analysis and decide on the right club it is easier to hit it with confidence and know it is going to be a reasonable result.
More of this! Waaaaay less of pies in the face like some click bait KZread nonsense. Stick true to you! Love this video boys.
this really made me want some warm weather golf.
Scott is a BLESSING to the Golf community. One generous dude. Anyone who talks bad on him really just up their own butt
Back here a year later and Frankie's game has gotten ridiculously better
Could watch 2 hours of this content. This guy is speaking to the mid handicaps of the world. Always thinking wrong and trying to make the hero shot. After the round is over “Damn if it wasn’t for those 2 triples, that would have been a great round.”
i fucking love this channel. the snow can't melt fast enough. just hit the range in 34 degrees. BRRRRR
People who don't know golf and think it is easy should watch those 2 episodes of Fixing Frankie. On the other hand, for those who do like golf and want to push it further, this is the thing to watch right there.
Frankie, Lurch and Trent are the reason I watch foreplay golf. This series and Trent’s Breaking series are great. I would love to see those 3 and Danny as the 4 man scramble.
a lot of this is really good but frankie learning how gravity works with putting is so funny lol

He’s playing dumb to be nice
Watched this because of Scott and Decade, he always gives good info. Frankie comes across to me as one of those guys who hears but doesn't listen, as if he's always looking for the end of the rainbow but never wants to actually travel the road to get there. Kudos for the Freddie graphic on the wall though :)
Much as I love Breaking 90 and am pulling for Trent... this may be the best series you've ever done. I think every golfer can relate to the stuff Frankie does on the course, and had the same light bulb moments when Scott talks about strategy. The venn diagram stuff with the approach shots was absolute gold.
*Frankie gets asked to count his scorecard* "Woah hold on there fella, you're gonna get me landed in hospital from brain exhaustion with all these math terms.". Never change Frankie.
Love this series!
Happy for you Frankie.
Incredible content. Kudos to Scott and you for sharing. Thanks.
Might be the best thing I’ve seen on barstool this year. Taking at least 4 things from this to the range later.
Amazing episode and series so far! The next episode can't come soon enough!
Huge decade fan. Love these fixing Frankie series. Keep them coming!!
Insane knowledge here, as a high handicap this is unbelievably helpful. Nicely done, Frankie 💪🏼
I needed this and I didn’t even know it. 🤯🤯
Best video yet, Frankie! You got Scott to simplify Decade. Looking forward to putting with Trevor.
SUCH A GREAT VIDEO. NEED SO MUCH MORE OF THESE FROM THE YOUNG MAN. BORELLI HAS SOMETHING SPECIAL GOING ON HERE.
Been waiting for this! Last one helped me develop a routine and improved my game!
Very impressive information and outlook to n the game. Great series! On another note I absolutely love your putter! Keep up the great work!
Episode 1 really struck a nerve. I get in such a big goddamn hurry to fuck up when I’m out there. Working to get my game back and all this motivational stuff will help. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻
The connections that BSS have in the golf world is astonishing. when you pair that with authentic characters like Frankie and Trent it makes the content engaging and speaks to the hope and fears of such a wide group of golfers. I used to be like Trent and I feel his pain and want to see him flourish as a better golfer. I want to be a Frankie so I'm all in on this journey too. Outstanding content.👍👍
Drink every time Frankie says "unlocked." Great episode!!
This blew my mind as well, Frankie... Definitely loving this series.
Love this content. I wish more guys did this. I am excited to see Trent and Frankie be successful at this game
Wow glad to find this. Best golf content I’ve seen in a whiiiiile.
So much good info, will have to watch a couple times to get it to sink in but excited to use this stuff on the course, Thank you
Incredible stuff! Great work Frankie!! Been watching so much Scott Fawcett lately and this was the most informative one I've seen.
Love the Lord of the RIngs music that keeps appearing through the video
I just finished watching this and now watching again. Thanks!
This is excellent content. Entertaining and incredibly informative. Frankie is putting in the work and it has shown
So glad I found this video I'm at a very similar position in my game and there were a lot of helpful tips here you gained a subscriber today and I appreciate you sharing this valuable information.
so lessons learned; 1) aim for a small point a few feet in front of you that's in line with your target. 2) if you're not within 8 feet you can hit 24 feet out. you'll still be two-putting. 3) focus on keeping feet parallel 4) don't be a hero, hit the higher percentage shot. 5) Just don't make double 6) imagine it's raining on the green to read the line 7) hit the club that will cover most of the green. Don't be afraid to club down 8) be consistent in your placement of the ball and set up 9) learn to drive long
Picking a spot just ahead of the ball is the single most important tip I got years ago. Changed my game overnight
great episode! need more content like this
This is a fantastic upload .. thank you for sharing
Please keep these going Frankie. These are awesome.
Great content I could relate to every point he gave, thanks
What a great episode! More of this from the Foreplay team please
Always something new to learn. Great episode
This series will help more people than you think with what seems like basic things to many golfers to the masses. Let’s go Frankie
Lots of good stuff here. Good work!
Very valuable content - love it
Gotta love Scott
Great video. Lots of basics and great info.
This was amazing stuff thank you
Great video really learned a lot. Also colonial springs is an absolute hidden gem
Love this!!!
This was awesome... great content.
Good stuff! I learned a lot!
Really good series. Well done
This Scott guy needs to be on more videos!
One of the best videos that has been released, Frankie is going to be a 5 before we know it!!!
The best video of course management I have ever seen. Some of the stuff is completely opposite of what we are being told.
This is great for the low 90 high 80 golfer
This is so valuable
Great tips!!!
Unbelievable vid, Frank. Appreciate you.
Really good content, Frankie. Well done.
Awesome video Frank! Thanks for being so candid and showing a willingness to listen and apply these thought processes to your own game. Love from 🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘
This was actually great, keep it going

Mind blowing information
This is absolute gold
Love this Frankie, I honestly feel for most golfers this sort of information will help them shoot lower scores compared to swing lessons.
Can listen to Scott all day!
Aiming at a target close to the ball had helped me a ton with driving AND putting.
Been following Scott for a long time, as much as a nut case he can be at times on Twitter he does have a lot of great information
That was so good.
Absolutely amazing!! Editors need to speed up! We need more

Where is episode 1? Link please? Really interesting video…thanks for posting!
More of this and the breaking series please, maybe include the other guys into a breaking series as well
My entire motto is "don't be a hero" when I play. Sure it probably costs me once in a while, but the strokes it saves me are likely waaaay more.
This is an amazing video do more if you can
This some high quality content
Yesssss 🙌🏼
This is a great video. I started taking advice from these types of videos when you Had harry Higgs on describing his field goal post methodology. It’s made a positive impact In my game, and I can’t wait to take some of the tools from this video to the course: awesome stuff, thank you for sharing.
Damn, unreal episode
Priority when designing a golf green is the slope, where the excess water needs to runoff the green. Greens usually have multiple areas where the water will run off the green.
scott knowledge is great
Seems like a really good dude scott. Comes across a bit shit sometimes on Twitter but you can see he’s a genuine good guy here

I truly, no sarcasm at all, appreciate that. Been a long seven years as I’ve accidentally become an instructor and I’ve messed up plenty. But I hope most can see what I’m trying to do. ❤
Jordan Spieth would give Scott a brain aneurysm trying to pull off the hero shot constantly. That's also why we love him though.
The pie video isn't shadow banned btw, I've had it suggested in my feed at least 6 times. It's just not interesting, and feels like cheap click bait. This is quality, keep it up.
Thanks guys I finally broke 100 today thanks to you guys
Great as always out of Scott Fawcett. Next needs to be green reading with Mark Sweeney.
