    lets be honest, this guy spends ZERO time around anyone over a 0 handicap good luck if you buy this nonsense fractional strokes as a 19 handicap you have been duped

    I mean not really, yeah focusing on fractions may not be what you need to work on but lowering your expectations based on the stats helps with lowering the stress and will give you a little more confidence when stepping up to a ball from the rough. Had my friend that shoots in the hundreds commit to easy targets that he would normally try to make hero shots on and he actually shot in the 90’s.
