Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 180 ml
- Warm milk 180 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 550 - 600 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes

7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 45-50 minutes

22. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
23. Cover with cling film and let rest for 25-30 minutes
- Cheese 200 g mozzarella and 100 g
24. Grate the cheese and mix
25. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (25x35 cm).
26. Place half of the cheese on top
27. Cut the dough into 4-4.5 cm wide strips
28. Roll into a tube and place on baking paper
29. Do the same with the second piece of dough
30. Press the top of your palm onto the Cinnabons
31. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
32. Look how beautiful and airy buns with cheese are
- Egg yolk 1 piece.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
33. Lubricate with a brush
34. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25-27 minutes
