I am inreeeted in knowing more about the hip-lower back position throughout the movement. I tend to over extend my lower back even though I am trying to keep it flat as you do (knowing there are tons of things to do at the same time). Thanks for yet another great video !

Thank you! I watched this video before open gym today and made this my focus. Following your steps, I am happy to say I managed a complete WW on the first attempt!

This has been so useful and I can't wait to try it out tomorrow! Thank you! I think the one thing missing in my wall walk is actually confidence - I have noticed my body almost freezes at some point and I'm wondering if it is a fear of being in an awkward position where I could fall? Hopefully I can work through that with your progressions!

I want to thank you because, after watching this video I finally managed quite properly the WALL WALK. Your hints (especially DOWNWARD DOG and SPLAT DOWN) have been very useful. For the first time I had a good time doing this exercise in a wod :-)

I would like to know if there are any accessory exercises that will build strength in arms and shoulders to achieve wall walks. Can get to straight legs but get stuck moving hands back to wall. Not strong enough or technique?

I'm confident getting about 90% of the way, but I struggle getting my nose to touch the wall as about this point my stomach is already against the wall though my nose is quite far away so I feel if I extend further I'm bending the wrong way like a banana and worry my feet will go over the top of me and I'll fall. How do you get around this?

I'd like to know how to control my breathing with wall walks. I find that I tend to hold my breath, and I find it very difficult to breathe properly.

I need to work on positioning my body to be more stable and not lose my balance as I get more vertical. I have a tendency to overextend my lower back and also look at my hands rather than getting my head through my arms.

I think I might just have to do reverse snow angels. Handstand on the wall is pretty tough on my rotator cuff.

Ben, do you just keep your legs straight in order to get your hands back to the line without your feet falling off the wall? My feet tend to come down before I get my hands back to the start line.

So when you’re doing “the walk with your hands” to go up the wall are you moving your feet too or are they suppose to move as effortlessly as his?
