I am inreeeted in knowing more about the hip-lower back position throughout the movement. I tend to over extend my lower back even though I am trying to keep it flat as you do (knowing there are tons of things to do at the same time). Thanks for yet another great video !
Thank you! I watched this video before open gym today and made this my focus. Following your steps, I am happy to say I managed a complete WW on the first attempt!
Thank you for the help! I’m a beginner and this helps so much!
I was too scared to do them! 😂 This was helpful! Now I cannot wait to try!
I'm working on traveling the last 12-15 inches to the wall.
This has been so useful and I can't wait to try it out tomorrow! Thank you! I think the one thing missing in my wall walk is actually confidence - I have noticed my body almost freezes at some point and I'm wondering if it is a fear of being in an awkward position where I could fall? Hopefully I can work through that with your progressions!
Useful tips 🙏
Can’t wait to try this because I have not been able to do wall walks in the WOD and it sucks
I want to thank you because, after watching this video I finally managed quite properly the WALL WALK. Your hints (especially DOWNWARD DOG and SPLAT DOWN) have been very useful. For the first time I had a good time doing this exercise in a wod :-)

Great to hear!
I would like to know if there are any accessory exercises that will build strength in arms and shoulders to achieve wall walks. Can get to straight legs but get stuck moving hands back to wall. Not strong enough or technique?
Great tips👌👍🌺🌺🌺
Awesome, Thank you so much!

You're welcome!
I'm confident getting about 90% of the way, but I struggle getting my nose to touch the wall as about this point my stomach is already against the wall though my nose is quite far away so I feel if I extend further I'm bending the wrong way like a banana and worry my feet will go over the top of me and I'll fall. How do you get around this?
im still struggling to move my hands
Gonna try Rx 23.3 65+F Tomorrow! Thanks. Biggest Fears R looking at wall And keeping core strong.
Thank you

super !
I'd like to know how to control my breathing with wall walks. I find that I tend to hold my breath, and I find it very difficult to breathe properly.
I need to work on positioning my body to be more stable and not lose my balance as I get more vertical. I have a tendency to overextend my lower back and also look at my hands rather than getting my head through my arms.
Warm up those shoulders! I always had a lot of rhomboid pain with wall walks. now zero pain
I think I might just have to do reverse snow angels. Handstand on the wall is pretty tough on my rotator cuff.
Ben, do you just keep your legs straight in order to get your hands back to the line without your feet falling off the wall? My feet tend to come down before I get my hands back to the start line.
Downward dog is a thing that I've missed!
So when you’re doing “the walk with your hands” to go up the wall are you moving your feet too or are they suppose to move as effortlessly as his?
Walking to the end
I worked all year on my supported handstand ..tried Rx..was fine the first 3 walk walks and then my shoulders were just frozen 2 inches away from the Rx line close to the wall …I couldn’t move my hands to touch the wall! Not sure why !!! Help!!
Stability in the vertical position is where I need to get better.
I missed 1 inch to the rx third wall walks for the first of 23.3 so pissed.. I did it again in scaled!
How many minutes should I work out for this exercise?
i think i can make my hands to the wall, but I'm scared
How do I get comfortable moving my hands as my feet go up? I am scared of falling on my face.
What do wall walks develop?

dirty walls.
Only by viewing the exercises I already feel this "unbearable unergonomic overlyintensive" effort sensation and true "exhaustion warmth" (I swear!)
my back always folds when i try to do this 😢
