LEARN TO USE JAPA MALA WHILE DOING MANTRA CHANTING
In this video useful tips are shared to use japa mala properly while doing Mantra chanting .
1. Mala has 108 beads plus one Main/ Guru Bead
2. Drape the Mala on Middle,Ring & Little fingers
3. Never cross over the Main / Guru bead
4. Place the thumb on the bead after Guru Bead
5. Never use index finger

@@tejavital3154 Just start chanting first . If you keep chanting Hari naam with love, you will experience shift within .

Drape the Mala on Middle, ring & little finger & index finger is pointing forward. And while chanting you put thumb on the first bead after Main bead & as you chant the mantra bring the bead towards you & so on . Hope it helps .
