Psalm 23 - A Psalm of David:
“A psalm of David: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not lack. He lays me down in lush meadows; He leads me beside tranquil waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness for the sake of His name. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will not fear evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the view of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows. Surely goodness and grace will pursue me all the days of my life; And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for the length of days.” (Psalm 23)

Thank you, Ayelet for teaching us how to recite the most famous Psalms in the Bible.🙏🙏🙏
praise lord jesus amen thank you for teaching this psalm 23 in hebrew
Thank you for sharing this. I am a Christian and the Lord Adonai is indeed my Shepherd. He is risen.
I love your video. Thank you for helping others learn this sacred language. I am trying to memorize this psalm, one word at a time. In the morning, I try to sit near the little pond in my parent’s house where I can see tranquil waters and a reflection of God’s goodness. I believe that the very sound of Hebrew is pleasing to the Lord and that is why I want to extend my praise to him in this language. Thank you for enriching my capacity to praise and meditate on God’s beautiful words! Blessings!

Thank you so much, I wanted to learn Psalm 23 in Hebrew as a gift I could give Jesus for Easter. I could never have it with out you!
Thank you so much for the blessing of this reading. I am going to return to it over and over until I have it down.
You are brilliant to be able to do this and teach it so slowly and patiently. All the breakdowns, pronunciations, and English translations underneath are so nicely done. Thank you for sharing your gift. It's awesome to hear how they spoke in the Bible days. ❤
I absolutely love this teaching !!! I always desired to be taught and this teaching is perfect. Thank you so much and may the Lord continue to bless and strengthen you to help us.
I will use this as my first model of Hebrew. I realize that the Hebrew in others do not sound the same but that is with all languages. I will listen to this video many times ! Many times to get it right.❤
Thank you so much and bless you and your family🙏🏼. This Psalm is actually what I try to remember to recite to myself whenever I feel like I'm spiraling down anxiety and depression again. Now I feel like I have more weapons to fight back the enemy trying to drag me down --- studying the actual Hebrew text and its meanings (it's fascinating how the individual letters in this Psalm actually has their own meaning as well! It's like pictograms in kanji) and even trying to recite it as well in the future.
Beautifully done!
Shalom Ms Ayelet, I'm an African who believes in Mashiach Yeshua, and loves the Hebrew tongue. I'll be watching more of your videos. G-d bless.
May God Bless Abraham and His Descendants In Isaac and Jacob for Ever. AMEN!! God PROTECT Bless Israel!!! Amen!!!!

Oh thank you, dear blessed of the Lord! Yes, your reward awaits you in the house of the Lord!
I received my order today. Super fast delivery. I got it two days faster than the PO said it would be here. I love my charts and the Lord's Prayer, Psalm 23 and the Blessing. Thank you so much. May Jeshua bless you richly and your ministry. Thank you again.
As a first-year seminarian studying Biblical Hebrew, your video was very helpful in being able to clearly hear the pronunciation of each word. And the capitalization of emphasis was especially helpful. Thank you for this!
I am delighted you did Psalm 23! I have always wanted to learn this in the original Hebrew. Toda raba, mahalo!
Shalom and Blessings Ayelet. Thank you for sharing and teaching with patients. Given all praises to our Heavenly Father.
Thank you so much for helping me to read one favourite Psalm in its original Hebrew. I hope to memorize it someday!
This is difficult, as I only speak Spanish & English, but this Psalm more than any other scripture speaks to my heart. I already know it by heart in English. Now I’m on a mission to memorize it in Spanish, Latin and Hebrew. It’s just a way for me to meditate and concentrate on the Lord. Thanks for posting this very helpful guide!

Hey Bob, the way I learned this exact same psalm is by singing along to the music group, Miqedem. They specialize in the Psalms sung in Biblical Hebrew, with modern pronunciation, of course; as all Israelis speak modern Hebrew. Anyway, go to your KZread search bar, and type "Miqedem - Psalm 23 (Live in Studio)." You can also find the album version by typing: "Miqedem - Adonai Ro'i." You could buy their music on Amazon or Bandcamp if you end up liking them.

Thank you. You are a great help. If someone says you are not it is because they did not study first year Hebrew from a reliable source. Again, thank you.
