I heard a father speaking to his child in a store in a foreign language that was very beautiful. I ask him what language he was speaking. He said Hebrew. I was told "abba" was a child's way to say Father. When I pray it has helped me feel closer to my Heavenly Father. So I find your channel. I still feel Hebrew is a beautiful language. Thank you!

Ab-ba is Father, in ARAMAIC, ab is hebrew.

It has been about 47 years since I've read Hebrew and I find it more difficult than when first learned it. My Hebrew teacher was a concentration camp survivor and it was very spiritual when I first learned Hebrew because it felt like GOD was there with us during our Hebrew studies. I would love to learn how to read Hebrew again and connect with some native Hebrew speakers . I am writing every word of this prayer in Hebrew and english to work very hard at understanding Hebrew again .

Interested in knowing more. Where did you first learn Hebrew. I am 49 almost. In 2007 I first began prompted by God,I believe to begin with Hebrew. I read the Bible in Hebrew along with my daughter who reads out loud in English.

@@loverofthewordofgod4156 : My Hebrew teacher was living in Southern Az. And thats where I met with him to study Hebrew. He taught my older brother Hebrew for his Bar mitzva.

I blame it on the Marijuana I quit finally but at 40 I should not have spent 2 years smoking all the time. I'm struggling to learn things. And had no idea that was why. It was messing my sleep up also.

The Lord has shown me that study any language I want to learn will be best to learn via the Word of God. First of all, grammar and spelling are excellent, no make that second. First of all, it is TRUTH, there one that will set you free and help you mature as a follower of Yeshuah. Second, no errors and perfect language material. Also, speaking about the Word of God is more important to me than asking where the cinema is and learning idioms. (It will be easy to learn those once you have all the big parts in place. I listen to the bible app a lot for my listening comprehension. Learning the Lord's prayer has been my great interest for several weeks.

This now become my daily practise and prayer in Hebrew language. I been taught this prayer in 2 different language, this is my 3rd language. Very helpful with the video. Thank you.

@@loverofthewordofgod4156 We learn this prayer in Malay/Indonesia and then in English. Study and practice this prayer in daily basis, the meaning of the prayer is very important and divine. Many good preachers and God wise people can see this as the “living prayer”of our daily needs, do this prayer until His return.

Ha! So my roomates don't like my Hebraic practice! Didn't someone once say that those who are truly of Israel are those in the Spirit, not really of the circumcision? Funny that I never got pushback (except from a Chinese Communist who was my roomee many years ago) for being a "regular" Christian but now that I brought in Hebraic practices, my roomees think I am nuts. Well, people fear what they don't understand. I shall continue to follow the Holy Spirit on this.

Lol thats not how he spoke at all It is like speaking anceint latin with german accent more than 10 sounds of ancient hebrew dropped in modern hebrew When it comes to pronounciantion modern hebrew sound nothing like semitic language Listen o aramaic that probably how jesus spoke

Technically he would have spoken Aramaic to them, not Hebrew.. Hebrew is reserve as a liturgical language, it was not an everyday spoken language between Jesus and his disciples

I have prayed the Tefilah L'adon for many years, but I just started singing it using the music of Janet Meads "The Lord's Prayer" hit Australian single from1973. The words fit the music almost perfectly. Just lengthen an inflection here, shorten one there, and bob's yer uncle.

The Almighty guided me until here to learn the Language of Creation. It is Amazing Praise the Lord in Hebrew. Glory to Yeshua Jesus our Messiah The Only True Jesus Christ that His Foundation was established in Jerusalem not in Roma💫🤲💛
