    I opened a community based organization in 1979 to educate people in the community on the dangers of prescribed drugs . However welfare mills popped up everywhere along with fast food restaurants. You are great I have referred so many people to you and shared your KZread videos. Praying for your continued strength.

    I had a doc that had hasimotos. I have Hashimoto’s which messes with your blood sugar. My numbers put me in the pre diabetes zone. This doc put me on metformin, telling me my fatigue will improve. I moved and had to find a new doc. The doc asked why I was on metformin. Told her. I said I didn’t want to be on it because of the research I did on it. She took me off. She was great, but left her practice to be a support doc for a better balance of her self care and work. I haven’t found a doc yet I trust.

    As a registered nurse. I totally agree with what you are saying. At 73 I am still working. It is not in the hospital but as a nurse reviewing clinical notes for medical necessity and approve referrals, testing, and hospitalizations. I have seen such an increase in cancer and renal failure in seniors. I have seen pt's on ozempic, Jardiance, and metformin for diabetes. I find that crazy.

Dr Montgomery thank you for your detailed explanation in this video of Health care (drug based) and True Health Care The information for GDMT guidelines has helped enormously with how to approach health care professionals with questions of concerned health care issues. Breaking this topic down into two distinct ares of care has helped dispell negative ideas about genuine personal engagement with care based on guidelines for medication intervention Thank you Sooooo very much. • @derrickwaldon6972

    @derrickwaldon6972

    11 ай бұрын

    @nailahasabi8716 Yes, both illnesses were reversed by diet. Initially, I did mostly scramble egg, with two pieces of toast for breakfast, grilled chicken or salmon wrap with grilled onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms for lunch at my job's cafeteria. dinner would probably be stir fry chicken, with a frozen vegetable medley. This was the first ten years. The last 10 years have been. Old fashioned oatmeal, with raisins, mostly water and a splash of oat milk for breakfast. Red Lentils, mixed with a small amount of green Lentils for lunch. Black-eyed peas, Navy beans, black beans or chickpeas, or a frozen black bean pattie. Sweet potatoes and grilled veggies of choice that's seasoned well with herbs. I don't really eat much meat unless my wife cooks it, which is about once per week. A lot of fruit, and I try my best to stay away from my wife's snacks. She hides some, which is good as they are addictive. I wish you the best.

  • @MontgomeryHeartWellness

    @MontgomeryHeartWellness

    ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate. It represents the energy currency of all of our cells. Mitochondrial deficiency is a major cause of ATP deficiency. ATP is produced within mitochondria from oxygen and glucose. Mitochondria are important organelles inside of cells that perform many very important biochemical reactions important for cell health and hence our bodies' health.

    Hi Dr. Montgomery I’m under a HMO, Kaiser permanente, do you accept HMO’s and do you accept new pts. under the HMO network ?❤

    We accept new patients; however, I don't think we accept HMO's. I think Kaiser is a closed system. Many of our patients from closed systems pay cash.

    All by design. Having that shit makes you use it. The doctor is your brain and mouth. Get sun, water, leafy greens, reds, all live and raw food. That the money. Get you some sleep. Stop worrying about shit!!! Fuck it!!!
