1 kg of beef
Any cut of beef is suitable for this recipe, even the toughest
400g onions
100-120g butter
50ml water
Cook covered over medium heat for 60 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
1½ to 2 teaspoons salt
Black pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Cook for 60-90 minutes until the meat is tender

1-2 zucchini

800g beef or veal
You can use any part of the beef, even the cheapest and toughest
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons soy sauce
30g butter
50ml water
40 ml olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2-3 onions

6 to 7 potatoes
Season with salt

20-30g butter

500g beef
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ tablespoons ginger
Black pepper
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning (or other)
½ tablespoon ginger

¾ tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (or other vegetable oil)
2 peppers
2 red onions
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
Some hot pepper
1 tablespoon ginger
Add 1 carrot
Add onions and peppers
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
60ml water
Green onions
A little sesame oil (optional)
Delicious beef with vegetables is ready!

I would better use some 70/30 of olive oil/butter. However if butter must be excluded you may try with olive oil solely (about 50-70 ml). Though I haven't tried but i think it must work

Forse non lo sapete : il coriandoli ed il prezzemolo sono la stessa identica cosa, allora dove sta la differenza ? La differenza sta nel fatto che il prezzemolo (persil) è francese e un po meno profumato del coriandolo (erbetta o prezzemolo) che è italiano. Tutto qua.

La carne sarà pure tenera e deliziosa ma non di certo sostanziosa. Per essere sostanziosa, la carne non deve essere troppo cotta né al sangue. Lacucina francese è maestra in questo. Italia
