​@@micahbodha6129 No. Punching power is mostly about correct body mechanics. It is like dancing. Most people simply treat it as a power/speed problem hence they're looking at wrong direction. Alex Pereira pays strict attention to body mechanics, you can see it in his other video when he tries to teach other people how to punch.

I hope Alex trains with Werdum. If he trained with Glover and Werdum he may hold on to that belt for a long time.

Thanks my buddy, I needed to take a break from the channel and focus on studying a little more than usual since the middle of last year. I'm a Computer Science student and at my college, we have an optional practical project to do when you finish the 1st period, but I chose to do it and I needed to dedicate a lot of time, because it involved databases, network protocols, many lines of code and all these things that almost no one likes lol lol But at the end of this year I will return to translating videos for you all at least once a week.
