About the Single Plane Swing
The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

I think this is the best of him showing the power and ease of just ripping thru it. Just love watching him finish so high in such a level balanced swing!

Thank you for sharing the video. Really seemed like he was enjoying doing this as was the people that were there. I never adapted to the single plane, but what a huge fan of Moe's I am. Thank you Todd for keeping his memory alive. Happy New Year

His right arm and club shaft formed a straight line and 90 degree to his spine angle, one plane pure!

Starting from 7.45 swing, he pulled his head back back as he complered his backswing, although head remained level; as he started the downswing he squat down and his head comes down but stayed back and not towards the ball, amazing

It is the sound of contact that thrills me. Seeing him stay so balanced, at ease within his swing yet everything culminating in such powerful impact. A true pheno Moe nom. ;)

It just amazes me how simple and fluid the swing is. There is no wasted time with a lot of waggle, and no wasted energy. In fact, it looks like he is using very little energy. Just awesome.

One thing that helped me alot with the swing was a DVD i bought from you long ago where he was doing a seminar and he said " I swing under myself , NOT around my self . " I always imagine the club going under me .

HI, Todd. I have been watching quite a few videos of Moe hitting balls over the past year. From the videos taken when he was older, I have noticed he had to shorten up his swing. However he has a great release at the bottom of the swing and it's very fluid. He is able to generate an amazing amount of club speed with that excellent release. A little lesson for me and proof in my mind that one does not always need to make fully coiled turn on the backswing. Compact can be just as powerful if applied correctly. Perhaps, more accurate also. Saved this video in my "Moe" collection. Thanks for sharing!!

Hi Todd Excited about trying this one plane method after so much inconsistency with 2 plane. Am I correct in noticing that it isn’t necessary to keep lead arm straight in back swing? I am 63 and struggle with flexibility. Thanks

Todd I have noticed in the back swing that he doesn't allow his spine to move alot, he appears to be rotating the body around the spine as If he was impaled on it, would you agree? I find if I pay attention to where my spine is at in the back swing it definitely is a big help.

first he squares the clubface and centers it, then he kind of addresses it off the heel. Is there any particular reason he does that?

Watching the lower body Moe and most pro golfers, they all seem to have their weight more on their heels and not the balls of their feet. The left heel is on the ground through impact and the head stays down.
