About the Single Plane Swing
The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

“What am I looking at? Where I want to go to hit the next shot.” What a great quote to keep in mind. Simply amazing to watch him swing!

I never saw Moe hit balls in person, but I DID see Hogan hit balls in person. The old White Marsh Open (outside Philadelphia) so long ago. On the range before the round, Hogan used his OWN practice balls and had a caddie using a white towel. Hogan started with wedges and worked up to his wood headed persimmon driver. The caddy caught virtually every shot with the towel, not moving more than a few FEET for every shot. Th caddy simply backed up about 10-12 yards for each longer club. Even with the 3W or driver, Hogan's caddy only had to move a few feet to capture the ball. Imagine THAT consistency. And, I believe that Moe was even more accurate. Amazing stuff.

Some people who don't already know about Moe might think the shot tracer is altered or false. I love how he chips the 3 wood at 3:14 and you can see the ball go dead straight 100 yards or so.

Hi Todd- much appreciated….what is so incredible is how short a backswing Moe has yet still striping it- at 70 yrs young I think I’ve been converted…. Now all I have to do is locate a single plane instructor in the UK…

What are fantastic video Todd. I’m glad to say I was fortunate to see one of Moe‘s last demos. 2002 down in Florida at the dunes country club. 72-year-old man and still could swat the heck out of a golf ball, fastest, arms and hands I have ever seen, even if he was 72. Oh yeah it was like 40° that morning and misty rain if you can remember that.

Is this the video where he acknowledges Manual De La Torre taught him something ? What was it TodD ? Holding his hands lower and golf being a circular motion are comments Moe makes in that video

Todd, was MOE a religious man or did he become that way during the end of his Journey? Did HE have any last day requests as YOU KNEW HIM??
