I love these. Found some growing around my bank building. Needless to say I grabbed a few.

They tend to give off a hairy sensation to the tongue the same as what a pineapple does. My dad has one growing in his backyard & his father grew them amongst his bananas when he was alive !

127 dollars and worth every penny especially if you don't live in a tropical climate If you still in India Raj grow and sell

@@RisingSonSpacelickeryou don’t need a tropical climate. People grow them outside in California, Arizona, Florida and Texas, Louisiana.

Can you just bite into it and eat like corn on the cob? Very interesting looking fruit. Where does it originate from?

The Monstera Deliciosa is native to the tropical South America and can nowadays be found in Florida, Australia, Asia, Portugal, Marocco etc. And you can indeed eat it like corn on the cob although i have yet to try it.

I don’t recommend eating it that way as the black bits can irritate your mouth; nicer to eat with a fork as you’ll get fewer of them in a bite.
