About the Speaker:
Lauren MacDonald is a current researcher at the University of Saskatchewan where she works under Dr. Jeffery Lane to study two of the endangered species of bats in Saskatchewan. She received her master's degree in science from New Mexico State University where she studied immunology in Pallid Bats. She has worked with bats for a number of years now throughout Saskatchewan, Ontario, the American Southwest, Belize and Guyana.
