Hearing that Suri was crying in the bathroom alone at 7 months old is horrifying. Neglect at that age can cause attachment issues in later life.

That is horrible. I could never leave my daughter on the floor to cry like that. That completely goes against motherly instincts. Tom Cruise must have started brainwashing her already.

@abbied how could she not know any better? She wasn't mentally slow or brain damaged last time I checked. Even an underaged teen mom with no parental experience at all knows better than that. She's a pos for that, and so is he, but I think she's even worse for allowing it. Your children should always come first no matter what, not any man ever, and certainly not some wacko religion. No one put a gun to her head. If it were me or you, The police would have arrested us in a heartbeat. No excuse whatsoever.

A response is a response, and last time I checked, it doesn't have an expiration date. Especially on a public forum. So you might want to rethink your id io+ic question.

@@thegent6134 How is she no better than the rest of them when she's the only one exposing the lies and corruption? How do you come to that conclusion when what she's doing literally shows she is willing to walk through the fire and the relentless attacks all for the sake of the truth. You can't say that for hardly anyone in Hollywood, let alone most people in everyday life. It takes courage to do what she did and is still doing. I'm pretty sure that makes her more respectable on a moral level than the rest of them at the very least.

@Kris LVgirl As someone who grew up in Scientology, I can offer some insight. Scientologists believe that when you die, your spirit lives on. Your spirit is immortal and you will pick up another body after your death. So a child isn't really a child, it's a spirit that's lived many times before. Think a full grown adult in a child's body. So scientologists treat children as they would an adult. When a Scientologist woman is pregnant, anything and everything that she experiences is being recorded in the child's reactive mind. And that trauma or pain or unpleasant experience will forever be with the child as an engram. So when a child starts acting up and throwing a tantrum (as kids do) Scientologists believe that it's the mothers fault. She is restimulating those engrams in that child. Meaning she is causing the child to remember something traumatic that happened while he was in the mother's womb. The restimulation of those engrams is causing the child stress, anxiety, pain, etc. Causing the child to act up. So...the reason a woman would leave her child on the floor crying?? She feels guilty bc something she did when she was pregnant is causing the child distress. So she wants to keep the child away from her to prevent restimulating any other engrams that would cause the child further distress.

I doubt that. Leah Remini lies a lot. People on her show "aftermath" tell their stories without any verification. The FBI, president Nixon, CIA, Communist Russian government all tried to bring down or kill Hubbard and the scientology organization . Hard to do when you can only find vitamins, instead of drugs, every time you raid a scientology organization. The FBI did manage to get rid of half of the staff members of the biggest American orgs, and they still have not recovered. You should be "happy" about that. Anyway, good luck with bringing down an organization that is not guilty of anything, except maybe some stupidity. Anyone who has not said or done something stupid can throw the first stone.

Actually I think Katie's agent or publicist probably cooked up the Tom Cruise romance as a way to turn her being knocked up by another guy out of wedlock into a positive. Tom is no stranger to weddings and marriages done for publicity's sake (see: Nicole Kidman) and "having a baby" with a wholesome imaged actress could help the world believe he's not homosexual (lots of A list celebs think they will lose fans if they come out as gay). The contract was hush hush of course and that's why rather than get paid for her "work" as his beard she just got an extremely generous settlement in the divorce.

Its really hard to take this for face value though since one of Scientology's tactics is getting people to believe things about themselves that isn't true. For example; one of their recruiting tactics is to lure people in with free personality tests, and EVERY test result always says that the taker is suffering from depression, and then they offer self help courses to cure them of that depression. Its possible Tom Cruise feels same sex attraction, but given Scientology's history of manipulating people into believing things about themselves that isn't true, its also equally possible that this is just something they made him believe about himself so they hook him in by helping him "cure" himself of homosexuality.

Her family left with her, which was a true miracle of God since so many choose the "church" over their kids or spouses. Episodes of Leah's show have featured her being stalked by people likely hired by Scientology, trying to discredit her. There's even websites made very quickly with the same goal, written by employees of the "church" to depict Leah as a liar.

I cant imagine what all Katie and Suri had to go through. I think Katie had a huge crush on Tom growling up which she has said multiple times and when she met him and he was acting like her Prince Charming or Knight in shining armour or whatever, she got infatuated with him and fell in love with the guy he was pretending to be. Most women didn’t want to be with Tom because of his Scientology faith and when he met Katie who didn’t really know much about him or Scientology and was really infatuated with him, he decided to make her fall for him. It worked and soon Katie got pregnant. I guess she didn’t truly understand Tom before getting pregnant and then when Suri was born so she decided to probably stay with him for the sake of her baby and hoped that he would change. Katie was always infatuated with him so it was easy for Tom to brainwash her. And now Tom doesn’t even meet his daughter. It’s sad. I feel really bad for the two.

He was brought in fairly young, by his much older first wife, Mimi Rogers, in the 1980s. The head of Scientology, David Miscavige, later wanted Tom to leave her, so she wouldn't be a bigger influence on Tom than Dave. They had fixed Tom up with all the personal staff he needed, every one a Scientologist, and they said whatever they had to to get Tom to dump Mimi. Mimi was raised in Scientology by her dad, but after that, they both left. They pushed Tom to marry Nicole, and then split them up. Then they had auditions because Tom asked Dave to find him a new girlfriend. After many screen tests, by many actresses (all in Scientology), they chose Nazanin Boniadi, and told her she was getting a special assignment. They fixed her hair, teeth, wardrobe, complete makeover, for her new job "meeting world leaders." Then they set her up on a date with Tom. Big shock, that didn't last. They blamed her and forced her to clean toilet floors with a toothbrush (no lie), and sell Dianetics to people on the street as punishment. Then Tom heard Katie Holmes grew up with a poster of him on her wall.... Too bad for Tom, her dad was a great divorce attorney, and set up an escape hatch for his daughter, should she need it, and she did.

She didn't indicate the baby could be heard by Katie. The baby was heard by those within earshot (remember, a wedding keeps a bride busy and in various locations at times, especially The Wedding of the Century costing millions in a large venue). I heard Leah say CoS people were gathered around, looking at the baby on the floor. I think they idea was that this was some special, sacred baby and maybe LRH in the second coming.
