I frequently tell this to my those who purchased my book: "When you are walking and working in a rhythmic leadership mode, you have clearer thinking and a sharpened mindset that ignites your purpose, passion, and priorities."
Democratic for team players, autocratic for selfish people, and lazy style for highly capable individuals, gotcha thanks broski.

Which personality traits in a worker are fit to work with each style? Is there a theory discussing that?
@orgcomm
2 жыл бұрын
You mean what type of workers do best under each style of leader? That's a great question and I wish I knew the answer. There have been only limited studies the style of followers and even fewer (if any) on how followers' traits match up with leaders styles.

@@orgcomm Yes this is what I mean, let me dig more and will be happy to share any meaningful results.
What leadership style do you use?
@orgcomm
2 жыл бұрын
Personally? I've been told I use a democratic style by most people when it comes up. I also score fairly high on the self-assessment tools that you see in books that compare and contrast these three styles. I sometimes use a more laissez-faire approach when everybody is really dialed in and knows what they are doing, which is ideal.
