Being humble is not being weak. Allowing others to participate helps the organization grow and all on the team develop.

Being humble may be weak from the perspective of a big ego. But humility is the strength for the organisation - and probably an advantage compared to most of the competition which are not the worthy rivals

Exactly, humility is not weakness, be good, be nice it add goodwill to my business. So don't be confuse humility from weakness. Humility it opens up many avenues to choose, decide, analyze the possible outcome. Be open for suggestions and be sensitive to the environment. Thanks Sir Simon you add so much fuel to my knowledge.
