I love this hymn so much because I have many things in my life that brings me grief and this song chases them all away. I love his calm voice and gentleness that guides this song. Thank you Aled and I will see you again in Romsey near London in late August. God Bless you and your family always.

I've always liked Aled's voice but this performance took it to a new level. It's just perfection.

I spotted Aled at the Dubai airport waiting to catch a plane to Melbourne. I ambled over to him and said "Excuse me but would you allow me to surmise that you are Aled Jones?" He replied "Yes I am Aled Jones". No one else recognised him.

It did - but I am back in a church choir - singing again. I have taken many steps since that time - that night has gone and now I am back. Leading through a long dark tunnel - especially for the people of Ukraine.

I am afraid! And never before faith has ever been needed to have. Aled Jones version is giving me the courage to face that fear - and yes! I am feeling that! And ever more so. I need the hope as we - and I - have never prayed before.
