You know, I wish I had included the weight of the bird in the description. It's been over a year since I posted this video and I have no clue of the weight. I'd say it was a medium size chicken.

Hi, it's a Le Creuset #28......7.25 Quarts =6.7 Liters.

So is it a half an hour with the lid on and 1/2 without, or 1/2 with lid on and then an hour without - 1 1/2 hours total cooking? It’s a little confusing the way he says it…

Hi Maureen, in the oven it all goes with the lid on for 30 minutes. For the last 30 minutes remove the lid. Let your chicken rest for at least 10 minutes.

Hi Marcelo, we live in Canada where most grocery items have doubled or tripled in the last 2 years. I couldn't imagine having to pay $80 for avocado oil.
