You are an inspiration man! Thanks for sharing! Leg day is always the best for me. One of the biggest things that has build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!
That pre "grabbing" at the bottom rather than from a dead hang is golden. I noticed Jay Cutler did that with a lot of stuff. I find that if I try to curl from a dead hang with biceps it just ends up being a brachialis, forearm and shoulder movement but if I do that little grab then it stays on bicep with ease. Things like this are not discussed enough amongst the whole evidence based/optimal crew.

I like Mike's way of performing stiff leg deadlift, but would be awesome, if he could say something more about RDL, is there any chance maybe? ;) I also love how there's always something to learn from these videos, as this guy pays attention to specific details of exercises and it helps to fix my form.
I’d love to get trained by Mike a few times, just to get directed in to correct form as I do the exercise

for the stiff leg deadlift i can 100% agree. i work myself to death with 60kg barbell and 20kg dumbbell. with more weight i lose the hamstrings. Of course you can pull a shit ton of wieght,. but you can really fuck the hams up with much less weight that you can barely walk out of the gym. Since i reduced weight on every exercise i gain weight and size.
