Mandolin oranges
Brandy
Apples
Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
Apple Cider Glaze
* 2 cups apple cider vinegar
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 6 Tblsp sugar
* 1/4 cup Brandy
Cook to 175 in thigh. Glaze drippings every 30 minutes and cider glaze last 10 degrees. Rest 30 minutes before carving.

do you use the giblets in your turkey stuffing.... I don't make stuffing without it...I saute the giblets in oil onions and garlic..s&p my italian BAM.... before adding to the bread stuffing... delish.....btw...along with celery and potatoes .... Blessings

Farm-raised duck and goose are delicious. Shame so expensive. Duck is excellent on the smoker too. Stuffing with citrus works will with all poultry BUT is you want to use pan drippings for gravy it tastes of orange. Have a good Christmas jack!
