So common sense would be to jail him until the jury selection is complete. The world wants this....jail him NOW!

Obviously it’s no fun being a juror in this case. Any other defendant would be charged with contempt of court. Unless he’s penalized, he’ll continue. Multiple witnesses saw him nod off.
