I see many people on here are getting angered by what Trump is allowed to get away with. I don't see why you even need a gag order, these restrictions should be automatic and every defendant that breaks the restrictions should find themselves in an orange jump suit.

His rights to secret service should be taken away if convicted.

"Noone is above the law" ...sure doesn't look like it from where I'm sitting. Nobody wants to hold him to account because they're clearly scared of how it might look so he continues to just say and do as he wishes. It's always been that way for him.

Once one prosecutor indicted Trump, we saw others indict him. Once he was arrested in one place, he was arrested in other places. Once one judge puts him in jail, others will too. I personally think that he wouldn't do well in jail. He's elderly, soft, and is addicted to social media and feels that he has the power of personal persuasion. He needs to be able to run the show and needs the adoration and worship of his fans.

Lots of criminals have a security team and they don’t get to bring them to prison with them. Trump has forfeited his Presidential amenities and must do his time like everyone else.

He doesn't even deserve the Secret Service after what he has done.

@@jsmith7701 Defendants are routinely put in jail before their trials, subject to a court's order. Trump will get a hearing for a gag order violation if it is not in the presence of the court. If it is in the judge's presence, he can be summarily jailed for contempt of court. Due process can be swift in the hands of a competent judge.

I can only laugh about this justice system that is absolutely ineffective.

Why would it be hard to put trump in jail. One cell and secret service outside.
