Not to be critical, but the older steel Schwinn bikes are stronger steel for that kind of stress/vibration. The newer steel bikes are cheap alloy and fracture in no time at all. Maybe if you put shocks and rubber mounts it would help(?).. Anyway, it's still entertaining and fun to watch, so thanks for the upload (and I hope to see more)! Edit: also, the vertical-shaft L-head engine has an oil "dipper" in the crankcase that you may want to alter to splash oil on the now horizontal shaft and piston/side-valves.
