It's obvious this was filmed in the early morning, probably a Sunday. Try driving those streets in a summer Sunday evening. Then the true nature of that area will be seen.

You should do one in the East Side😅 East Side is from 93rd Ewing to 118th Ave O and where the sets are is 97th Ave M and 97th Ave L 98th Ewing 99th Ewing 99th Ave J and H then the next one is 102nd Ave L through 104th L then the Mps is known as J block at 103rd Ave J to 105th Ave J then then the next set is at 107th greenbay to 108th mackinaw
