I am a Law student in mumbai University and my opinion is let the students do their internship because we do not have proper lectures in colleges.

pahle fees kam karo registation ki. uspe judgment laao aur action lena chahiye BCI ko, faltu kya gyaan hame de rahe hai kabhi advocates act ke hisaab se nahi chalti BCI😂

Bhaisahab, kitne log to govt jobs mein working hain, salary le rahe hain n LLB ko correspondence course bana rakha hai

or attendance ke naam par forcefully irrelevant sessions attend krate hai use kya?

Personally what I think if a law student is going to court, which also part of law obviously, then attendance should be forbidden, because you do 3 or 5 year law then again 3 to 5 years of internship, yes 1 month before every law student should take break from court and study for exam, and for those who are doing internship they should bring official letter from seniors and from the court

Two side of coins does attendance proves brilliance ? can college accepting hefty fine from students makes it right ? other side internship is like live practical's do help a lot for specific law as well again generic rules good but we could not apply to all, think on that

Kuch Log 60 ki age k baad retirement ke baad law ki degree leke aajate hai...jbki retire isliye kiya jata h ki insan physically n mentally taur se kamjor hojata h yahan log 60 ke baad law ki degree le aarhe hai.....yahan tkk court k clerk bhi 0% attendance ke sath LLB ki degree le aake btor wakeel practice krrahe hai ab....court mei isliye wakeelo ki bheed ikthi hogyi hai.....jiski wjh se young lawyers ke pas case hi nahin hai🥺🥺

This is very good only for colleges for collecting fees I am not giving any proper guidance it is better to have only distance education with a strict and minimum passing marks. Nowadays Technology has been improved it is better to have only online classes rather than offline this saves the time it can get practicals rather than theory. Please think of the excess fees that are collecting from colleges do you advertise for that sing the difference between examination fees andactual fees relatively to the coaching getting

Maybe in that case the industry should have a revolution and people should stop asking experience from freshers and treat them as freshers. If you have good theoritical concepts but less practical experience then you are considered as bookworm. If you have a practical exposure more and less theoritical knowledge then things and questions like these arise. We all know how colleges work and function and what knowledge one gains in colleges. I think balance should be 50:50 between intenships and theory classes. Also if the lecturer has low attendance then he/she should figure out with the students and college authorities.

Except for some law colleges, most especially Government colleges are in poor state. It's better to study at home. Most law colleges focus on rote learning than research and analysis.

Jab college university me padhate hain nhi to koi kyu jayega fizul ki demand hai real knowledge practical knowledge hoti hai kitab padh ke kuchh nhi hota sirf assistant professor pehle ye bataye ki wo kitna padhate hain baithe baithe tankhwaah lete hain sirf

If law students can study and get over 75% by self study what is the need of below average faculties and 75% attendance... On job training is the best education. The more time lawyers spend on practical law application the better they become. Attendance should be 25% compulsory and those lectures or practicals should be Marked compulsory. Even the 5 years llb is absolute nonsense... Instead put 3 years law and 2 years practice mandatory

Yeh galat hai agar aapko Attendence 75% karna hai toh achhe lecture sabhi college mein mandatory kare pahle, bci registration fee, college fees kam kare aur age limit kare jo regular course rahe and at last 1st generation llb students ko internship & Junior ka saman Adhikar mile

All such decisions are wrong. Instead of it court should order to the university to upload the copy of the students. So that everyone can see the results of all students and can download and see the copy of all students, and results also.

Theory can be learnt from KZreadr like you 😅

Infrastructure aur faculty toh aajtak theek ho nahi paya aye bade 75% regulation lagane wale agar ye judgement aa gi na toh itte money recovery case register honge colleges pe socha nahi hoga sarkar ne kabhi University hi band ho jayegi direct india ki 75%

Jo bache regular ate hain woh bhi 75% attandance maintain nahi kar pate kunki her koi college k hostel main nahi rehat bache 50km 70km duur se bhi daily updown krte hain. 75% attandance maintain krna exam dene k liye. Bohot bada zulum hai bacho per. Kuch subject main debt ho jate hain year back lag jati hai. College ki fees barbad. Paper main baitne do paper ki checking hard krna toh samjh main bhi ata hai ye attandance wali herkat kr k toh seedha sabit hota bai sarkar bacho ko padhne hi nahi dena chahti. Chahti hi nahi degree complete ho aur inko hum employment toh de nahi sakte toh fail honge nahi ye toh paper hi baithne mat do 75% ki chochlebaazi kar k

I support full attendence, since law students are not going to college, the teachers are taking the advantage, they don't have to teach the students and on the other hand says students dont want to study nd come to college, in reality deep down themselves not interested in teaching. One of my teacher cones to class gives side / fault other than syllabus ka gyan and leave and one other teacher come and ask student are you tired and eant to study right ,ok we will not to the class ....all these things will ruin the career of students so student please go to clg nd if clg fails to provide good teacher nd healthy environment for education thn complaint to the principal or to any other forum for their failure to give good education as it is important to learn in clg else one have to learn during job, so a senior my advice to junior is to go to clg and study, praticipate and create a healthy educational environment in college it will help you a lot in Pratical field, and if time permits do summer and winter internship

bhai aisa hai college me padhai hoti nahi aur hoti hai vo practice me 10% bhi kaam nahi aati khud vakeel log bolte hai hamko... isliye internship aur court visit hi asli padhai hai lawyers ke liye isliye ye mandatory karna chahiye na ki attendance 😊
