We have conscious and a subconscious mind, our subconscious mind is WAAAY more powerful than our conscious mind, a lot of our core beliefs are stored in our subconscious (this is why if you’ve only been doing affirmations for having a skinny waist for 5 days- u still believe + perceive yourself as not skinny, because our subconscious mind stores the core beliefs) your subconscious mind is less logical based so ANYTHING you tell your subconscious mind it will take is true- you may have belief systems stored in your subconscious mind that your created at a young age based off of a traumatic or non-logic based moments. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT ANYTHING YOU TELL UR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IT TAKES TO BE TRUE + YOU CAN ALWAYS WORK W UR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND TO SHIFT YOUR CORE BELIEFS: one of the easiest ways to do this is through SUBLIMINALS. Subliminals is subliminal messaging put over noise that helps completely BYPASS the conscious mind + goes straight to the subconscious mind, so to you it sounds like music or noise to your subconscious mind its actual subliminal messages that are affirmations.
This can be implemented as a law of attraction technique by listening to subliminals for whatever you are wanting to attract into your life bc the subliminals are helping SHAPE + SHIFT your subconscious mind to help maximize your manifestation.

Second, start implementing subliminals into your reality safely and with intention. Do this by setting the intention: "I ONLY TO ALLOW MY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND TO TAKE IN INFORMATION THAT WOULD BENEFIT ME FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD". Set the intention and trust that your subconscious will be protected and it will work!

I would suggest focusing on 1 to 2 things at a time. So keep a journal of your progress for both throughout for each number of days you listen to them and how many hours each so that you can track your progress and see what you need to change or listen more of. I would suggest listening the them throughout the day- split the hours evenly once you pick how many hours you want to listen to subliminals for daily. So if you want to have subliminals playing in the background for 4 hours then 2 hours for each subliminal since 2+2= 4hrs!!! Also listen to them while you are sleeping throughout the night, you could do 1 subliminal 1 night, then the other one the next night and switch. All that matters is that you are consistent for a long period of time and that you track your progress to see your change :)

Wow- that’s a really good question. I agree with what Kelrick said, it can be an inspired action if implemented in a way that you would consistently partake in an inspired action. For example, in the success story I used the persons “inspired action” was simply listening to a subliminal for a year during the night time and during the day time. The consistency + determination of partaking in this activity to manifest something, qualifies it as an inspired action. So, if you are really putting in the emotion + effort to listen to a subliminal consistently then I would say YES if qualifies as an inspired action.
