I can't imagine the incredible patience the officers directing traffic must have to survive on that job.

Thank you for this incredible content. The logistics necessary to pull this off is incredible. It appears we are talking about thousands of large vehicles navigating the city (that never sleeps). Does anyone know where the fuel depot in Manhattan resides to make this possible? Now I understand why people in NYC tend to speak louder than average (sirens constantly blaring). I don't have the confidence to ride a bike or moped in NYC as your mind is constantly assaulted with noises and cars.

There are gas stations around and likely most departments/stations/whatever they're called would have fuel refilling on hand in case

I've seen those unmarked police cars responding when I was in New York with my dad unfortunately I didn't get a chance to record them in time

Very enjoyable indeed! Interesting how the NYPD response cars were a Ford Fusion (your Mondeo), a Chevy Express van, a SMART car (parking enforcement?) with a black Fusion as the caboose. This is a gold strike, getting to see this aspect of protection on an historic occasion.
