@@googlgfacef218 Take note, bakers like these usually wake up and start working as early as 4 or 5 in the morning, then another peak hours again at 4 in the afternoon. I cant imagine if these people can still get after work night life

I like this video so much, it shows the whole process of bread making. Bread making is hard work, bread is sometimes underappreciated compared to other sweets, but it is a wonderful craft and you feel very satisfied seeing the final product. I am undoubtedly fanatic about bread-making!

こんなに大変な作業を一人でやっているなんてすごく尊敬ですし、感動しました。沢山パン買って食べたいと思いました!!

サムネのパン美しすぎて愛らしさすら覚える
パン🍞焼くようになって2年。発酵を入れると焼き上がりまで3時間位掛かります。毎日この量をリズミカルにこなして要るなんて❤️ずっと見ていられます。 きもちよさそうな生地、溶岩窯で焼くパン食べてみたい。 バケット、コロッケパン、クロワッサン美味しいでしょうね。趣味の範囲のパン作りはストレス解消ホントに楽しいです。私も仕事から帰って夜焼くこともあります。お仕事となると楽しいばかりではないと思います。 深夜からの仕込みおつかれさまです。
毎週食パン予約してます。 私が好んで食べてるのは中にポテサラが入ってるのと卵焼きを挟んだパンですな。ピザも美味しいですな。

Well, If you know the ingredients then measurements are just a matter or time. A good request, I believe ingredients which are made and produced in Japan are second to none in the world.
