I think the only cast member who used their real accent (albeit exaggerated a bit) was Albert Moses/Ranjeet. There was an interview with him at his home in Sri Lanka from around 2014/15 and he sounded very similar accent-wise, just less exaggerated.

Françoise Pascal is truly an amazing actress! She was the girl that every man dreamed of, and the girl that every girl dreamed to be.

@@fashiondr.4727 i think we have to dig deeper, bcz MYL is an old tv sitcom, many of them went on to act in many other prolific movies and drama. Max is infact has played movies without us realising it was him bcs of his contrast character.. Watched an itvw with Jamilia in her later years, she was really like any post colonial educated Indian lady, spoke with grace and eloquence. Su Lin, as far as I could remember, she went to the UK to study Math from Malaysia, her last appearance was in big budget movie (but cant remember its name )

I searched about him and it says that he was a british actor, didnt find anything about him hinting that he had any sort of spanish background.

you should be grateful you're japanese who lives in uk and learns english, I am moroccan I learnt english by myself it wasn't that hard for me to comprehend the grammar and expand my communication skills but due to the french colonisation to our country, english is extremely underrated here and we struggle to prepare the papers and travel to europe or north america, we should pass through some long proceedings to get the visa and OMG you couldn't imagine how expensive the charges are 🙁 that's a brief story of a third world's citizen life

Mind your language is a masterpiece imagine bringing actors from all countries together and giving a wonderful performance in acting

I can't forget this Masterpiece Show, Even though I'm a born after 2000, But still to me it will be the Best Show of it's Time. Though Danielle is so Beautiful I mean I'm kind of in Love with her. Plus really sad to hear most of the Actors are not even alive, that makes me so emotional. But they'll always be remembered and stay alive in My and Everyone's Heart.

I knew her cousin when I lived in Mauritius. I have also always admired Francoise's intelligence as an actress

She is almost unrecognizable to the woman in mind your language, its not her age its her weight which is the ageing factor here. She was one of the sexiest woman on TV at that time who happened not to be blonde, i wish her all the best .
