Maximillian is one of the best characters in Mind Your Language and thank you so much for playing this wonderful and hilarious character. If Mr Brown could see you now he will definitely give you an A+ for your improvement on speaking English

Tears well true nostalgia down memory lane

He is a wonderful actor, why doesn't the film industry recognize his enormous talent? From this interview he seems like a lovely gentleman.

This man is so wise and I'm so happy seeing him have a happy life

Max is one of my favorite characters. Just looking at the comment section, it is obvious that sitcoms connect us much more with actors than movies. We feel them, we love them, we live as them. Thanks to all comedy sitcoms and the actors for making my depressed life (of late) a better world. Btw I'm literally out of depression now and I'm enjoying all those sitcoms that I watched as a depression mid-20 bachelor.

thanks to internet, i get to relive my favourite show when i was in my late teens. i guess from 1980 till 2000, they were gone to many of us, but when i learnt many died especially Mr Brown, i truly cried

Don't talk about Mr.Brown, it's heartbreaking.... He was brought up in a orphanage and died at much young age (53) and that too was a homicide

Always one of my favourite actors. Loved him in Mind Your Language.

He was a supply (temporary) teacher at my Secondary School Sir William Collins in the mid 1970's he taught in my Technical Drawing class and was a real character he told a few filthy jokes I can still remember,He told us that he also was a member of the Freddy Garrity band.

I searched for MYL reunion video but came up with some interviews of Danielle, Max and Jamila. Reunion wouldn't be possible today It's been 40 years now half of characters are not alive so it would be incomplete and sad ..☹️
