Take 3 steps in a pushup position, and perform a pushup. 3 steps back and perfom another pushup. Repeat for 10-20 pushups. Find more training info @ www.zachdechant.wordpress.com

once your hands are off the ground fighting the resistance band mid air/clap would lead to a face-plant most likely
