Here before I do jig 2 I always warm up by playing the solo starting off slow and just picking up speed and not stopping. And the most trouble everyone has in the solo is going down from drum 3 to 4. Since it the largest space in between and it’s really hard not to hit the rims. But if you just play the triplets or sextuplets whatever they are on drum 3 4 on repeat you will get better at it

work on: 1) Playing Zones (sweep zones for this specifically) 2) Your three hinges in your hands (referring to a video from the quad method i believe) 3) Singles. The key to fast singles is relaxing your hands. you can wrist this out if you relax enough. Practice on 1 drum 4)practice moving from drum to drum. it's important to make sure youre moving side to side from the elbow and upper arm. NOT THE WRIST. Using your wrists to move side to side will cause carpel tunnels or other serious complications that can hinder your drumming. 5) combine it all, and take it RIDICULOUSLY slow. 60 bpm slow.

You just need to singles but this isn’t something I would try to copy because their zone issues and major technique issues and sound quality but if you just want to play jig just work on making your singles fast

It’s honestly not that hard, it’ll flow. Just start with your right hand and play triplets and speed it up.

Also for the marry little lamb part move down a drum where you start off with drum 2 and the highest one is drum 1

It could just be that they aren’t really playing in the playing zone
