This is a quick run through of how my shop is set up before I change it again. I am equipped with an @omtechlaser 100w co2, @omtechlaser 100w fiber, @omtechlaser 60w co2, @OnefinityCNC Elite with MASSO controller, and @hantencnc 60w co2 galvo.
As my business and product line evolves I have rearranged my shop multiple times. I try to prioritize the machine that does the most work to improve the flow of my shop. Right now the biggest workhorse is the 100w co2 but that might be changing soon with an upgrade….

Do you have to do anything in the winter to keep your workspace and machines at a decent temperature, depending on where you live in guess?
Thanks for showing us around! I use two bays of a 3 car garage for my stuff and I'm beginning to feel a reorganization coming on. Can't add lasers or CNCs without retooling my space. Oh, and soundproofing my walls so I don't wake up the kids at night!

Hey @@BeardedBuildsCo! Not sure if you’ll ever see this, but your videos have been very helpful as I look to begin my laser journey, thank you. Question: OMTech 80W with Auto Focus or 100W with Manual Focus?
Hey I was wondering if you have ever had any issues with your Omtech Co2 machines? I’m having an issue with my 60 watt having too much power burning too deep when engraving. I tried turning down the power to 0% and still burns through. I’m doing leather by the way. Thanks for any help.

This is likely due to a failing laser power supply.
