"Likes to hang out with wealthy people". That's because poor people hanging out with rich ones does not work. I'm just a poor metal guy (don't worry i'm ok with that) and i had a rich guitarist in my band for a while. Everything he liked to do and everything he liked to talk about cost a lot of money. It was impossible for me to hang out with him, he lives in a different world. When i arrived at his rich friend's places with him they were like "what do you want with THAT guy, he can't keep up with us, he doesn't belong here". Then he started to pay for my drinks and entrance all the time. Very generous, but it didn't feel good for me and i did't want that. So, yeah, that didn't work. So i think it's just logic for Lars to hang out with wealthy people. They probably never tell him "i can't come over, my car is broken" or "sorry i can't replace that 50.000 dollar carpet i ruined last time when we were drunk" or "Burger King is not an option, how about crackers and cheese" ;-)

@Richard Skipper I don't get what people like you are trying to say. They had nothing in the beginning. Back in 81 till maybe 84-85 they barely had money to replace their stolen gear and lived together in one house. And when they started to make more money and get recognized more during the MoP era, their "fans" started calling them sell outs and money whores and what not, because they signed with Elektra. So by this logic, they should've stayed where they were, with no money, playing shitty clubs for 50 people and touring with a 20 year old bus. Then maybe you and the others will respect them more. These guys went from 0 to being the biggest band in the world with years and years of touring. They can do whatever they want with their money.

When you make music for 40 years with the same band members and tour non-stop, then you can come here and talk how somebody should play live. And, no they are not disconnected. If you knew anything about them at all, you would know that Lars and one of the others still to this day go out before the show to do a meet and greet and the money from it goes to charity. "Some of us hold ourselves to higher standard and expect if we are going to pay high ticket prices we want a solid performance." Say that to the thousands of people who fill stadiums and arenas almost 40 years since the band was formed. Do you feel special because you are one of those people who says how bad Metallica is now? Because bitching about it in the comment section of a YT video is just pathetic.

Some people have actually played instruments before and don't want to hear them playing wrong notes on their favorite songs. As individuals each member but James is a total fucking joke and James is halfway there. Oh and they were crybabies from day one and they didn't just sell out they cut off their hair and sacrificed the music for more money. Two masterpieces, two really good albums and 28 years of alcohol fueled crap is their big claim to fame.

When everything you rebel against becomes your future.... He's so humble... He never got mad at kids stealing his music for free, even tho it's streaming for pennies on the dollar. Just a regular kinda guy.

Loved Justice,and IMO it was there last great album.Black had a few decent tunes but that was it for me. Have not liked much or any of their material since.They changed there sound,styles and all and never went back.
