Amazing review. I've been dying to get to know their weapons more, especially for the Quebec larp scene. The only thing i am dying to see is how their new softer foam on swords and sabers stands on our standards. But if the base is comparable to calimacil with the bonus of being properly balanced, i can rest assured. Would you be willing to do a subsequent video to review its life-cycle of wear and tear?

was this sword made with their softer blade or normal blade? also did it use the round core or rectangle core? Thinking about getting their longsword, but im thinking it will be too hard.

I think we were some of the first in the USA to get them, I love mine, I wish it was a little softer as the game I attend is focused on newer larpers and I don’t think they’ll pass it 🥲

Mine is actually the one in the middle of that photo with all the different blades, it has the arming sword blade on the falchion guard!

@@ModernMarineFilms So, interestingly enough, when they made and sent mine they mentioned that they were experimenting with a new, softer foam that is more accessible for U.S. LARP and it seems to have worked!

Your sword is harder, than we can do now. We make softer foam since this summer because of some feedbacks around the world.

soft sword is for soft girls 😆 i wish it was harder, its safe with good armor ☺

I think it'll hold up very well! The surface feels well sealed and from the videos on their facebook page it seems like the foam is extremely hard to rip! I'll do a test video tonight or tomorrow and send you the results on messenger if you'd like :D
