Depth of Rajiv ji's awareness of this global intellectual kuruksetra, is legendary. I say this with full confidence because, I have followed him for last 23 years. What hasn't he touched, in bringing to the fore, in terms of Bharatiya civilizational issues and the hostilities it faces from the West, Islamic civilization and the modern intellectual frameworks that are antithetical to its very value system. He gave us "Being Different," a powerful set of tools and frameworks to reverse the gaze and analyze the serious flaws in the Western world, from a Dharmic perspective; he awakened us to the nightmare of Breaking India forces that were spreading across India in the guise of NGOs, think tanks, academic intellectuals, political parties etc. The Battle for Sanskrit revealed the nature of Indology in Western academia and how the very language of Hindu sacred texts, Samskrit, was attacked and demonized as casteist, anti-minority and source of oppression of women. Every book transformed my understanding of this vast space of intellectual kurukshetra and gave a deeper grasp of the powerful opponents Hindus faced in so many areas. Indra's Net, AI and the Future of Power, Snake in the Ganga, Invading the Sacred... he has been a tireless warrior. Hindus should be forever grateful to this man.

At 19:10, when Rajivji says ... you should in touch with the Indian billionaires and ask why are you funding B.I. forces in Harvard? This is a rhetorical question. He knows the answer already. Rajivji had personal meetings in their homes years ago (Antilia, Piramal's house, etc.), and over chai he told them all this. They still stabbed him in the back, and funded these centers anyway. This problem is very deep. Those billionaires are highly compromised. I have a strong suspicion that they have allegiance to Western fraternal societies.

Reservation in IITs... Less than 14.5% of the total seats are available for the general category students. The total category wise distribution in the IIT’s for academic year 2019-20 is as follows OBC-NCL - 27% Scheduled Caste (SC) - 15% Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 7.5% Persons with disability (PwD)- 5% in each category (namely OPEN, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC and ST) 2 seats in each institute for ‘Defense service candidates’ Foreign nationals- up to 10% (supernumerary) Female candidates- 17% (supernumerary) Economically weaker section- 4% currently(It will go up to 10% in a couple of years) Supernumerary seats are those seats created by IIT’s to accommodate more foreign nationals and female candidates, however keeping the number of seats offered to General candidates constant to 2018-19 academic year levels. Total percentage of reserved seats - 85.5% This above figure could go up to 91.5% if full 10% EWS quota is used.

Thank you for the work towards book and research of IIT related issues. But please hear me out . Majority of the IITs wouldn’t work for India anymore despite having best education . This is serious brain drain and harmful for country development . My former manager is from IIT and he hates working in India , reason is corruption , politics etc etc , but wouldn’t want to dedicate any amount of time with the knowledge he’s gained from IIT towards any development in India. So my point is before focusing on what Harvard or any others are doing , yea they’re harming , but not as much as 90% of IIT guys never working for India. My sincere thought is that Indian govt should pass a law saying everyone who’s educating in premiere institutions should serve the country for several years before they’re allowed to work for foreign entities . Thank you

The point Dr. Shenoy makes about drop outs of SC/ST as they were 'pushed' in by gov policies and not pure merit, is exactly the issue Thomas Sowell spoke about in the US as well on affirmative action. In both cases, the candidate would have done excellently well in a tier 2 institute and dented a budding person's confidence by pushing them into arena they are not ready for. Its not looked at as a 'job to do' but as an entitlement by gov by enforcing these quotas. That's the root cause here.

Why cant we have say top 50 Public & Private colleges affiliated with IITs, based on Academic, Research and Industry Collaboration. Also reservation should guarantee a seat in Private/Public Engg College based on hos rank, means as person is unprivileged he should not be denied a Engineering Seat, but the seat/college will be as per the score he got. Also we can a 2 early Common Testing Framework based on Learning Projects where student have opportunity to move to more competitive/less competitive College based on his interest and capabilities

It’s utterly shameful that some people are eating while Rajiv Malhotra is talking about such a serious topic that has impact on almost all Indians, either today or tomorrow. Shame on these people and shame on the organizers who have provided food while he’s talking. No wonder, Indians have a long way to go before they can put up a good fight, forget about winning any. We are never serious about doing purvapaksha, never serious about knowing our enemies.

Other than Rajiv ji, does India have any think tanks? I’m sure Pan IIT group can fund a think tank team to work with Rajiv ji BTW, Ron Gupta, sounds like a bit of a ‘DON’.

These IIT guys served the USA and never served India. If they had served India, today India would have been a super power by now. This is so unfortunate.

Here I comment that for success the decisions have to be made based on merit, because all want their efforts to succeed. Krishna in Gita says: योगः कर्मषु कौशलम्॥ So, Krishna says to become more and more expert and able to do your karma, your job. Every org has a mission, and they want success. Therefore they need to engage most कुशल person for the job. If a person is chosen for any other base than his/her kaushalya, then it will not be best for success. So, the choices has to be made on individual's kaushalya. jaya sri krishna!

This padding of grades is seen quite obviously in private medical colleges , as opposed ro the government medical colleges , where grades are true and based on student performance. Result ---- private students earn more marks , as also grades and University ranks

In Amazon, if you write any comments against any pro-Pakistani books you can be banned from making a review of books. These pro-Pakistanis are everywhere. The professor who had organized Dismantle Hindutva campaign did her Ph.D. under a Pakistani Historian Ayesha Jalal who thinks that Jinnah was a Secularist.
