If you're looking for a little solitude this might be perfect for you.
This restored Langhe-stone house sits right on the Piemonte-Liguria border. You're only 1 hour from the sea (Savona, Noli, etc) and about 1 hour from the Barolo-Langhe area.
If you want to be near busy places with lots of people around, this is not the place for you.
The house was fully restored around 15 years ago and is in excellent structural condition. It needs cosmetic works but nothing else.
On the ground floor is a kitchen, living room, storeroom, bedroom and bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the rear of the house is a large terrace. The area is very tranquil. There are neighbours nearby but no noise. The nearest town is Gottasecca. Cairo Montenotte is around 20 minutes and has all the facilities of a large town. Prunetto is just 10 minutes.

It would have been nice to include more info in the video as we tour the home. Total sq meters, room sizes, listed price, year constructed, etc.

Sure!! Working on more details, just things move quickly, people visit and houses sell fast so there's never enough time. But I will work on it. Thank you for the suggestion!
Why is it so hard to find the price of the property? It is frustrating and rather annoying.
