Great video. Brings back wonderful memories when I did the Bens of Jura in 1986. Was the first American to do the event, the hospitality and welcome was incredible. The Celilh afterwards really kicked my ass.

Love this one, Adam. It's also cool how you use this visual of showing the race profile where you are at in certain parts of the video. Tough race and challenging weather conditions. Your videos are precious to see what the races are like.

Must have missed you, I'm in the clip spectating at Stickle Tarn. Didn't fancy the race, looked too hard, and this has confirmed it! Well run & great video.

watch it with those pesky adductors! i've strained them back in august, ran through the niggles, even did a 50k trail race, and finally ended up tearing my gluteus medius. that hurt bad, my first propper injury. now it's been four weeks without any running, might only get back into it the next couple of days. can't wait. when i see you racing on this amazing course i'm even more motivated! greetings from vienna.

problem was, i must have unconciously changed my stride to avoid pain around the adductors/groin, was running very inefficient anyways. but that lead to getting a really stiff hip, until on a longer trail run my glutes completely locked up. by the time i got home i could barely walk. it's all very complex down there. if you have a physio that's perfect (i don't)! also a massage gun might do wonders on the glutes etc. but i'm very concious now of anything concerning groin and adductors. seem to be a group of muscles that need a lot of time to recover. regardless of having a strong core, i'm getting into a bit of yoga now, that's the positive side of it all. /long post
