I’m here in 2023 and still pay respect
Lane was a kind, but awesome cowboy/human being. World is poorer without him!
Lane was the best. We will never forget.
RIP Lane, you are a legend

I used to love watching Sports Machine! RIP Lane
This still hurts man.
Lane died doing what he loved
its from the George Michael Sports Machine show from the 1980s to the later 2000s. you can sure tell that George Michael really cared for these guys. he was the only one doing rodeo highlights for a long time.
R.I.P. Champ
I saw this when it originally aired I was struck by how much affection you could see George Michael had for Lane Frost. It's really sad that he died so young but a very nice tribute to a fallen friend.

Taken on a ride too soon ,, way too soon......... RIP Buddy
I named my son after lane frost ..he was my hero.. I just wish they had frank Newsome and cody Webster back then..
It’s amazing how many people are arguing when, where and what killed Lane. The important thing is we were all saddened by his passing. What we should be doing is taking a few minutes each day to be thankful we are alive.God bless Lane and his family.

@@ronniebishop2496 its a hard deal. The first serious injury I saw was also a bronc rider. Dude started foaming at the mouth and having a seizure after being lawn darted. It's scary, but, it is part of it.

Rest in Peace, Lane. You are a man I will always look up to. Words can't describe how incredible his personality was. He would always stay later than everyone else signing each and every autograph. He really enjoyed his profession, and loved meeting his supporters and fans. Hope to meet you some day in the afterlife brother.

Don Gay 8 x world champion Tuff Hedeman 3x world champion etc, you saying greatest of all time is a bold statement. Let me guess early 30s late 20s you must of watched 8 seconds and listen to Aaron Watson that July song. That would explain what you said
Who the hell gives this a thumbs down?
So sad. At least the vests help now.
My youngest Grandson has LANE in his name because he was a friend of mine. My youngest son rode in the same JR. Circuit with keyshawn Whitehorse made TEXAS state finals 3 times and the WORLD FINALS 2 time's... Mike White and Chirs Shiver told him after the second world final if he would stay in bullring they could see him being a world champion in the P.B.R. someday... but because he is left handed an could throw a baseball like he can playing ball would make him A LOT of money faster and easier than riding....I miss LANE I'm 55 these days and don't get around very easy but that's life... I would like to THANK BIG TEX TRAILERS and PRIEFIET here in MT. PLEASANT TEXAS FOR THEIR SPONESER SHIP... They made it possible for my son to go.. maybe someday my Grandson will get started mutton busted that is the most FUN to watch 😅
You got a love lane frost
My son rode and it scared us to death. He had some injuries, but when he married and had three girls he wanted to figure out how to name one after Lane. Well he was blessed with one more child and it was his boy. Bet you can’t guess what his name is.

But still love to watch him thru videos!! The lord needed him more than anybody! Cause he was a guardian angel that’s time was up here to go back home, I know Jesus and I know I’ll see everybody I know and Lane Frost as well!

They was the greatest of friends, brothers in the real sense.
I had the pleasure of meeting them once back in my bar days. Good guys. We shared some laughs and a few beers. Thanks for posting this.
I remember being in college and playing football and watching these guys and thinking they were crazy. Unreal how though these guys are and were.
Dam I don't cry..
The most tragic part was if Lane wouldnt have fell forward they say he would have survivrd with just broken ribs an punctured lung but when he fell forward those broken ribs pierced his heart. Anyone whos ever cleaned an animal knows a broken bone can be piercing like a knife razor sharp. When he fell his body weight onto his chest he was dead. Just sad to know he would have survived it but that kid was tough so if he could get to his feet he will. He stood up if say got real dizzy an fell. Rip Lane you were the best no question!
One of the best to ever do it. RIP Lane, you was a hell of a bullrider. My hat goes off to all the riders, don't matter what country or ethnicity you are from, you guys are my heros. Real men, tough men, men that conquer beast. I salute you guys with the highest of honor. SALUTE.
Lord I love this!
The best documentary I've seen as of yet about Lane. At least it's truthful.

When he fell that’s what killed him. His ribs were broken and one pierced his heart when he fell. Had he stayed down would he have lived? No one knows. It’s possible, or it’s possible God was ready to call him up to his kingdom and nothing could stop that.

wow lane is cool
The GOAT. Sorry to all the Mauney fans
Tragic but they know when they step into the ARENA anything can happen.Sad to die so young.
People start cutting onions in the last scene of 8 seconds
Amén
Really one of the best bull riders ever to be sure. Also less known but a great bull riders Guy Paul. Gary Leffew dedicated his world championship year to his best mate Guy Paul. Much like Tuff did for Lane. Both Guy and Lane lost way to young.
what it did was it was broke his ribs and pushed a rib into one of his main heart vessels and cut off a huge supply of blood to the heart so he was able to get up in time to call for help if it would of went directly to his heart he wouldn't of stood up at all
where did you find this video i have bought every video on lane frost i could find and i have not got this one yet where they interviewed tuff please let me know thank you very much
lane will be missed

so so sad
cool
I met his sister in atoka truck stop Oklahoma at a truck stop on 69 highway very nice she has all his stuff their it's in his name
Muito triste 😢

yes a lot of people think it was red rock but it wasnt
Kelly he didn't die at the hospital. i would know my doctor was the one that treated him . the doctor said that he was a dead man walking which means he was all ready dead before they could get to lane. he died at the area that he rode the bull in.
Lane frost RIP buddy I am named after you and we become a bull rider someday and tactics will be based of you
Get your facts straight lane frost died at the hospital. The doctors could not stop the bleeding.
That's how I would ride a bull. Just like lane frost!
LANE
I will ride for you
Sad that United States army and marine can't be friends with me or the family I have left broken 💔😢 and meagan pivecs family on graef road is a domestic disturbance to my only dad Mark, myself(SHANE) and Lesley. I wish I knew who my new neighbors are that think they know everyone I know and met along the way since I was a baby here in Niederwald not uhland. At Mike Nickels house on 21. Sad times right now I've lost a lot of women to drugs and violence and threatening behavior. I loved my only grandma more than the Bible my whole life but now all I have is a stupid new testiment version of the new testiment to believe in. Nobody has ever taken the time to get to know me throughout my quest for my first marriage. I'm 30 now and I watched these videos over and over again crying my dad didn't tell me what the 8seconds movie was about reenacting the history of lane frost kind of like tryin to reenact a car search for dead body's and weed and booze I hate Whataburger
If you want to read the whole story go to this website and read
@ Jolayne Lane's dad always told him he was proud and loved him the movie is great but didn't tell the truth about with every movie about people
