EVERY BULL RIDER AND COWGIRL BARREL RACER live in the middle, but my wife said she ALWAYS prayed before her barrel race because she knew her hat tip might be the last time she did it! My wife is Lane's cousin and that's their mentality about EVERYTHING. My wife also did 30 years in the military, happily fought ISIS and the Taliban. We thought she was crazy af.😂 I'm black from Philly and it took me forever to even ask her out. She was mean af.😂 Our daughter is a combination of her mom and Lane. Pray for me.😂

My wife is his cousin and we haven't spoken about this in 25 years of marriage. My wife's dad and brother committed suicide. THE ENTIRE FAMILY WAS CRUSHED AND STILL ARE. I hate this is all over social media now.

Was watching Aaron sing in Tulsa about a 6 pack in when this song came out and I went from grinning to crying,very powerful song ,I give Aaron a painting of Lane riding the bull that took his life in Cheyenne it was called the The Last Ride ,I I framed it in barn wood and burned in western letters the name of the painting on the top and below I burned in July in Cheyenne and give it to him after his concert,he was almost brought to tears best gift I’ve ever given anyone

Back before the Vests, before the Helmets, back before the the Rap was played in the Arena, and back when the Rodeo Clowns still wore the baggy tear away outfits, unlike the Bullfighters that wear the Jerseys today. Those were the days that Lane is remembered in. The True Cowboy Spirit is being Lost in today's Country Music. But there's still Real Story Tellers and Singers out there their Music can take us back to the roots of The Cowboy and Rodeo. I'm Glad that it still lives in some of today's Artist.

I'm an American, born and raised in Oklahoma. Lane Frost was and still is an all time rodeo cowboy, he went from a young man with an incredible smile and amazing talent to a legend. Rodeo ppl around the world remember him and some of the rodeo cowboys I know even pray for Lane to watch over them as they ride. 8 seconds doesn't mean much to most ppl in this life, but men like Lane live and breath for those 8 seconds. If you can't show respect for this song or the amazing man that Lane was then you do not have a soul. Its OK to not like a song because of the feelings it causes you to have, but please do not disrespect the artist or what this song means to Lane's family. He was a real man, just as you who are reading this is real.

Not sure he’s the best, but he’s good. I got Donahew at the top of my list just due to longevity and he keeps pumping out great country songs. Bad Guy, Drove me to the Whiskey are COUNTRY music. So much so Blake Shelton tried to get Bad Guy and Casey told him no way, that song stays in Texas

First time hearing this song. Thank you for sharing. Growing up, I did barrel racing and loved it. Got older had to work and life went on. Had to give up my horse. I didn’t really like country music as a kid, but I really like it now (especially the Real stuff). I hope to have horses again one day. He was hell of a cowboy at his age youngest honest genuine bull rider to ride the bulls he did and he rode bull named red rock first rider to get full ride in over 319 attempts from prior riders Still to this day I always watch videos and footage of his childhood high school years being youngest rider 19 yrs old the accomplishments the respect and I still cry so much to this song as big impact he had in the bull riding arenas Someday my friend Cindy and I are gonna attend Frontier Days and pay respects and tribute to my child hood inspiration in my life remembering Lane Frost

After watching this I had to look up Lane Frost. Wow, he sounds like he was a badass bullrider, and so young when he died. This is a beautiful song.

My grandpa took me to Lanes last ride. It was horrible I was just a little boy and to this day I still wanna be like him. I'm 50 now

Amazing song

I met Aaron while working at The Home Depot in Abilene. Baseball cap, checkered and sleeveless shirt, cut off jeans and a pair of cowboy boots. I thought he looked funny then I met him. Actually helped load up his truck. I worked at the pro desk. After meeting him, My attitude towards him changed. He has a great heart. A very nice Man. 8 years later I saw him in concert in Indianapolis Indiana. What a guy. I'm glad I met him when I did. Good job Aaron.

I saw Aaron play this song at a private party for Alamo Pintado and Platinum Performance in Las Olivos CA. Awesome song and tribute to Lane Frost.Aaron and his band were absolutely spectacular.,
