Ойын-сауық

The plaintiffs say the defendants co-own a boat, and the defendants did repairs on it. They say one of the defendants put a stop payment on the check, and now they aren’t getting paid, so they’re suing for the outstanding bill. The defendants say they just brought the boat in to be checked out but claim they never authorized any repairs, so they won’t pay up. #RealityTV #Court

I have learned so much about communication watching these types of shows. Judge Judys show is perfect for that too lol I never realized how much people don’t listen! They are either lying and avoiding or just not listening at all! I have tried to be more mindful of that because it’s embarrassing as hell watching these litigants 😂😂😂

@@Neenaross214 what people usually dont know is that language is behaviour. For example they may not react because they think they are not listened to. So.. here you learn ;) Judge Judy is definetly all about her buisness and she knows and accepts that. People can watch her show, people know what they are in for.. so there is that But people who constantly fall into your words wether intentional or unintentional... make you feel "not seen" or "not heard" Judge Judy often lets one party (the accuser or the person demanding compensation) speak to their hearts content and often interrupts people who "dont answer her questions" the way she wants to. (they need to make their case.. and only if they are able to .. does she really need to listen to the defendant) But.. thats because people learned to talk about their trouble differently. In their enviroment its very usual to talk in stories. Thats how people often talk to eacht other. And to be fair - thats how I learned it too, before i was in therapy for my communication issues. I just DIDNT know how to get TO THE POINT. And back to the start.. language is learned behaviour ;) It is easy to judge they are not listening. Its often harder to deduce that they just go around the block instead of directly home ;) For that reason judge Judy often interrupts - which kinda makes people disgruntled since they dont understand. And with every scenario ever so often sometimes it really leaves the question did the Judge even listen? But thats another problem entirely.. the reason why you need a lawyer or someone experienced with court so they can prepare you. In this case, there are lots of Judge Judy videos out there.. and after a few you would know how she reacts and what she wants from you. Yes .. the child in yourself still wants to be heard.. and to be fair.. its good that she can differentiate as well as she does (skill wise) But its not.. plain black and white :) What the judge does is something based on experience. And she has to. She has to go through many cases on a daily basis i guess? Not even sure she works all day.. but she speaks like she does.. so i guess a hard working women.

That is what it sounds like. A good Boat mechanic would take it for a test run if the problem was loss of power/dying. That way they could see if they actually fixed the problem or if that was really the problem. Also, owners should learn about their boat and how it works and all the parts that make it work. Just like any other vehicle.

i had the same problem with my boat years ago. It would run good for a minute but then kept cutting out. Took a year or more to figure it out. I did maintenance myself and was getting help from local marine shop trying to figure out what was happening. Found out the anti siphon check ball was vibrating causing air bubbles. Replaced many parts till i discovered it by using a clear fuel line. Boat ran good after that.

Being that it needed to have the entire outdrive replaced as part of that $6,000 repair tells me that this was a very neglected and/or abused boat. I have resurrected lots of neglected boats, there's always and handful of issues to address after taking care of the initial obvious problems.

Watch closely. At 14:15 when the defendants point out what was wrong. He new it was wrong. Also, when shown the picture of the distributor and asked it it was calcium build up or erosion, one says yes it is erosion while the other said no. They knew what the problem was and they were just doing everything they could to get more money from the elderly males and not fixing the problem.

The outdrive, bellows, etc. have NOTHING to do with an engine stalling and not starting. Also, there can be more than one problem with an engine. Maybe the cap/rotor (ignition) AND there's water in the fuel, AND a blocked fuel line... And I can see how the dealer could miss it: they probably used their own fuel line/tank with trying to repair.
