Landlord walk through, everything’s holding up ;) @GrantKeysProperties This is a walk-through video of a tenant just moved out. They did a great job. I like making these videos, so you can see evidence of what it is like being a landlord, walking in on these sites l. I will record evidence year after year, after year, to gather evidence and data. This way, we know what to fix differently, what to do extra to not get things broke. How to price the units etc. We want the easiest money we can get and the most of it we can, without being unfair. $100 loss on a $600 deposit. Great job. Next. Oh yeah, the next is already in. Moving in tonight less than 30 hours from the exit. It is July 2 baby girl. We ready.

Me too 🎉! I’m glad they were good also and update there is a new tenant moving in today it is 3 July and We’re back in business! Once again, rented within 48 hours
most important part of a landlord is having good tenants cause the bad ones will cost you thousands

@@spicy7109 You’re not kidding about that. I try to work with people as much as possible but sometimes it’s to much! And if you let it go on, it gets worse and worse and cost more and more!
