I wasted my time by putting off this video for so long. I was supposed to make dinner 35 minutes ago but someone decided they wanted to make an amazing video. Really good editing and you took care of that car. I wish I could do the same that you did because my 04 Ralliart needs some lovin but I try to take care of her. I took off parts that weighed it down and bogged her up like I switched the exhaust system for a Magna Flow catback and I took out her crankshaft for a lighter and stronger one. Replaced the belt with a better quality one that Mitsubishi started using late 2009, cleaned all that I could. Tomorrow I'm putting the spoiler back on so I can take it to a carwash and give her a nice good wash.

@@sacr3devo753 Mine had rear suspension problems. I had to replace the rear control arms and struts. If yours has a service engine light on, I recommend you get a obd sensor (you can get a cheap one online) and see what code it's throwing. This will tell you what issue you are having.

Wow dude! This tutorial is awesome! I love my 02 Lancer, it has 310,000 miles on it and it's still running great. I have not done near the amount of work on her as you've done on yours because of in-depth know how. This makes me want to go outside right now, take a couple days off of work and do everything that you have shown here. You make it look relatively simple. Great work bud!

I have the same exact car as you even same color. It was a young guy who previously owned it and continued modifying it for street racing out in the country. He gutted all the insulation and metal on the inside of the doors (I guess to lighten the weight?)He put an aftermarket exhaust, K&N air filter and some other mods (I don't understand about to boost speed, Unfortunately he wasn't keen on cleaning, maintenance, repairing or working on anything except the engine. To make a long story shorter, he abandoned it cause he didn't want to pay for a paint job, the car sat for 6 yrs but at least was driven once a month to keep it going and I ended up winning it in a bet. You have been the greatest help with fixing everything that is and soon to be was on my car. You explain details like a normal human should to teach cause not everyone has the knowledge and learn the same way. I'm a 40yr old mom of two, one 13 the other is 1 and a husband that's not mechanically inclined. (But extremely useful with muscle and height when needed) lol. I was raised to be a independent DIY type of Gal if it saves a penny do it. My Dad had 3 daughters no son's but he taught me well and to never ask anyone to fix anything unless I had to. So THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTELLIGENCE AND SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE WITH US!

Very awesome video man! Very detailed and very helpful ! May i suggest a few things to help your engine bay look more awesome ! 1 air intake will look great and will help ur car breathe with ease! 2 aluminum radiator and silicone hoses ! Looks really awesome and will help ur cooling alot! 3 "optional" exhaust header will make that engine bay complete as it looks very epic and will give ur car more exhaust flow and bit of HP!
