"Tomorrow everything'll be better." But tomorrow never came.

Gosh, this song make some think so much about him... I met him this week after 4 years since we broke up. He is happily together with a new girl, even moved in with her, while I am single after a few very short toxic relationships I had after us. I was very happy with our relationship but for some reason he was not truly in love with me. I am happy that he found a girl he truly likes, , I want the best for him. But the worst part was to realize that no matter what happens in the future, no matter what I do, ,I will never be considered as wife material for him. I will always be a second option for when he is single, for when he is bored, an entertainment, which sucks a lot. This realization just came naturally with the flow of our conversation. And I feel this song is about that: broken dreams and failed hopes in love. Don't ask me why, why he can't see the worth in me. Maybe I am just not his type. Maybe in his head he just realized we didn't fit together. He made the door open for me to keep on meeting with him but or course I don't want to do that because he is with someone already. After our meeting I felt really stupid for inviting him for dinner even though he is together with someone else. I felt bad for telling details about my life. But it's done, and the only thing I can do is to believe that it's not really because of me, and I shouldn't take this personally, because it' really isn't.

This is the best song from "Lust for Life" and I don´t care. It was the first time I´ve heard Sean singing. This is how I imagined John Lennon singing with Lana and I almost cried. Sean´s voice is very similiar to that of his late father.
