It means she slept with someone, who happened to work in the industry, and no benefits came from it. her family is rich, she doesn't need the favors anyway. no surprise she slept with guys from the industry, since she is a part of it. it;s like dating in school, guys. you date the people you actually have an opportunity to get know better, because you spend time together, not just bump in each other in a supermarket.

Personally... I really got a kick out of this haha. I feel like she is in a league of her own when it comes to other women in her industry.
